• Work closely with Communications and Marketing as a member of the Creative Services Team.
• Engage with team members across the firm to develop compelling graphic design and multimedia solutions for use in marketing, communications, and business development practices.
• Lead the digital, print, and video production of marketing collateral and templates to support proposals, interviews and client presentations, ads, brochures, social media, award submittals, corporate collateral, and project materials.
• Lead the creation and editing of a variety of video and multi-media projects.
• Lead the development and translation of research content into dynamic branded materials.
• Design clear and visually compelling data visualizations that translate research, statistics, design process, and complex information into cohesive and engaging visual narratives.
• Develop and maintain data visualization templates and materials.
• Manage, organize, and maintain graphic assets in digital asset libraries.
• Assist in the design of tradeshow conference displays and collateral.
• Support firm training and education efforts that strengthen consistent implementation of the firm’s visual identity across teams and offices.
• Support internal teams in applying the firm’s visual identity consistently across in-house communications and materials.

Graphic Designer, Multi-Media

Architect

• Lead the architectural design process across all project phases
• Develop and document creative, technically sound design solutions aligned with project goals and governing codes
• Lead medium to large-scale project scopes and support teams with varying experience levels
• Collaborate closely with clients, creatives, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
• Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts to achieve the best design outcomes
• Lead technical coordination, code review, QA/QC processes, and construction documentation
• Support envelope design validation and technical detailing
• Participate in construction administration activities, site observations, and issue resolution
• Help identify project risks and communicate proactively with project leadership
• Participate in project pursuits, proposals, interviews, and presentations
• Mentor and support the growth of team members through thoughtful leadership and collaboration
• Maintain responsible control over technical submissions and signed/sealed documents where required

Project Architect – Themed Entertainment, Attraction Design

• Lead the interior design process for small to medium-scale hospitality and gaming projects across all phases, from concept through construction administration
• Develop strong design concepts, 3D models, and compelling presentations for client reviews
• Present design ideas to clients and serve as the primary liaison between the client and project team
• Manage specifications and selection of finishes, lighting, and furniture, including FF&E specifications and procurement coordination
• Review shop drawings, submittals, and material samples to ensure alignment with design intent
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and interdisciplinary teams for technical and design integration
• Apply regenerative and sustainable design approaches to enhance the built, social, and natural environments
• Mentor junior team members through guidance, feedback, and thoughtful task delegation
• Oversee preparation of accurate, code-compliant interior documentation that meets contract requirements
• Participate in construction administration, including site visits and design verification
• Support project pursuits by preparing proposal content and participating in client interviews
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the interiors resource library
