Drive Root Cause Analysis and Resolution for electronic applications and systems issues, identifying root causes and recommending effective solutions—directly improving product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Enhance Development Processes by applying and refining tools and processes like system modeling, simulation, and DVP&R to streamline development cycles and elevate quality.
Collaborate Across Functions by gathering input from customers, engineers, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure decisions are well-informed.
Influence Product Quality and Performance through system design, calibration, and testing decisions.
Mentor and Review Work of Peers to foster excellence and maintain high design standards.
Lead Projects and Complex Components, independently managing smaller projects or complex components.
Advance Technical Direction to align with strategic goals and encourage innovation.
Champion Process Improvement to boost efficiency across the function.

College, university, or equivalent Bachelor's degree in Engineering or appropriate STEM field is required.
Post-graduate (Master's) degree relevant to this discipline area may be required for select roles.
Prior Senior or Lead Engineer equivalent work experience in a relevant discipline area is required with a demonstrated track record of technical problem solving and quality decision making.
Knowledge of MS Office tools is preferred.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Awareness of Powertrain industry products.
Project Management capabilities to support the technical teams.
Flexible work timing to collaborate with Global teams.
Familiarity with On-Board Diagnostics and Powertrain Controls would be an added skill.
