About the role
- Reporting and commissioning Gensets and associated BOP
- Inspections and QA/QC reporting at the supplier’s level
- Diagnose and execute complex repairs
- Perform scheduled maintenance activities
- Establishing and developing productive customer relations
- Coaching and developing technicians and apprentices
- Completing required documentation accurately
- Adhering to Health, Safety & Environmental policies and reporting issues
Requirements
- Apprentice Certified Power Generation/ Electrical Technician (Preferred).
- Experience providing technical advice and coaching to more junior technicians (Preferred).
- Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution.
- Current relevant electrical certification.
- Significant field service work experience.
- Locally valid driving permit.
- Expert level knowledge of and/or experience with power generation products.
- High Voltage / Low Voltage experience.
- Customer service experience.
