About the role
- Support the planning, design, purchase, and implementation of improvements to manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Assist in executing specific manufacturing projects to meet safety standards, production targets, and product specifications.
- Apply basic knowledge of manufacturing principles and best practices to enhance equipment performance and process efficiency.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of manufacturing standards and work methods.
- Utilize continuous improvement tools to identify and implement process enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support project goals and timelines.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business and manufacturing objectives.
- Perform primarily office-based work, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Requirements
- College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to build partnerships and work effectively across teams.
- C1 English proficiency required to engage with global stakeholders; Spanish fluency preferred if applicable.
- Proven industrial experience; capable of interpreting technical drawings and supporting process design improvements.
- Solid foundation in health and safety principles; promote a culture of safety through proactive behavior and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Located within 45 minutes or 50 km of Guadalajara, Castilla-La Mancha.
