About the role
- Gather and document reporting requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze data and deliver recurring reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Perform quality assurance and validate conclusions to ensure accuracy.
- Select appropriate analytical methods to address business problems.
- Extract and transform data from various enterprise systems (e.g., SQL Server, Snowflake, SAP HANA, Salesforce).
- Automate reporting workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, or Python.
- Collaborate with senior BI analysts and BI leaders to understand user needs and clarify assignment objectives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding analysis outcomes and reporting insights.
- Adhere to globally standardized dashboards and reporting best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, or data engineering roles
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report publishing
- Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization and data transformation
- Experience integrating and analyzing Salesforce data for reporting
- Hands-on experience with large datasets and multiple data sources
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or Python for workflow automation
