Perform Project Controls Services including capital planning, portfolio and project governance, project funding, project set up, construction technology, procure to pay, project, cost & commercial managing, schedule control, risk management, and project close-out
Assist clients with capital plan updates by providing cash flow and accrual information
Facilitate the funding process by consolidating information into a funding request document
Enable effective governance by providing relevant fact-based information and reports
Identify, quantify, monitor, and develop risk mitigation plans
Support cost controls efforts for projects with multi-phase structure or complex funding
Actively provide feedback for process improvements

Requirements

8+ years in Project Controls, or related roles
BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field
Proficient in Cost Estimating for construction projects including conceptual and detailed estimating
Strong research skills and ability to allocate relevant data
Skilled in the use of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle
Highly proficient in the use of Excel
Functionally proficient in the contracts management of projects (Pre and post award)
Functionally proficient in cost management of projects
Functional proficiency in the use of analytical/reporting software such as Power BI
Ability to read and interpret various documents such as Arch, Civil, Structural, MEP, Geotech, Site Logistics, and Schedules
