About the role

  • Lead a team of HR Business Partners and HR Administrator in providing strategic HR support across 20+ office locations.
  • Work closely with regional leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, annual compensation planning, and other HR initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate data in the HRIS system and conduct Stay and Exit Interviews.
  • Champion DEI initiatives and promote an inclusive workplace environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field with HR focus from an accredited university.
  • 10-15 years of human resources experience with a focus on HRBP role.
  • Experience managing an HR team across multiple states.
  • Advanced knowledge of HR compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Professional HR Certification (HRCI, SHRM-SCP, PHR) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Strong understanding of regional labor laws, regulations, and compliance on a state and federal level.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
