💰 $86,600 - $115,467 per year

About the role

  • Implement and maintain contract tracking processes and policies
  • Develop external relationships with client contract management counterparts
  • Provide redlined recommendations and negotiate directly with client attorneys or purchasing staff
  • Maintain contractual records and documentation
  • Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.)
  • Drive the permitting process and ensure the project design management continues to follow the client project documents
  • Prepare Project Management plan and fee budget/proposal at the project outset

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in contract administration role in a corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of contracting process and contract issues, design, procurement and construction regulations
  • Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) and/or Certified Contracts Professional Manager (CCPM) preferred
  • Experience in Design/Construction industry, internships, or cooperative education programs are preferred
  • Ability to analyze and negotiate contract requirements and terms and conditions
  • Utilize effective written and oral communication skills.
