About the role

  • Full lifecycle contracts management
  • Strong understanding of consulting/construction related contracts and local regulations
  • Act as a mentor and subject matter expert (SME) for contract administration
  • Manage task orders, SOWs, change orders and amendments to a project
  • Assist with Company acquisitions, integrations, mergers and special projects
  • Evaluate and support the client bidding process and RFQ proposals
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients on contractual matters
  • Work effectively with legal counsel in identification and management of risks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Minimum of five to ten years with contract and procurement matters in a corporate environment
  • Working knowledge in accounting, business finance, law, and contracts
  • Familiarity with Vantage Point enterprise resource planning software
  • Demonstrated proficiency in management of personnel
  • Preferred Certification: Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) and/or Certified Contracts Professional Manager (CCPM)
