Perform Project Controls Services including capital planning, portfolio and project governance, and project funding.
Engage in business development to expand revenue and profits.
Actively participate in resource management including talent acquisition and development.
Take accountability for profitability, productivity, and volume goals.
Prepare fee proposals and negotiate professional services agreements.
Coach, mentor, and nurture the professional development of assigned personnel.
Provide quality assurance of Project Controls deliverables to clients.
Oversee major client accounts and ensure excellent performance.

Requirements

BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
14+ years in Project Controls; 5+ years leading client expectations.
Prior experience working on large scale pharmaceutical, manufacturing, life sciences, semi-conductor or data center projects is required.
MRICS, CPE, CCE, CEP, PMP, Six Sigma preferred.
Skilled in the use of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle.
Functionally proficient estimator across multiple divisions.
Functionally proficient in scheduling including ability to work with Primavera (P6) and MS project.
Functionally proficient in contracts management of projects (Pre and post award).
Functionally proficient in cost management of Projects.
Functionally proficient in the use of analytical / reporting software such as power BI.
Functionally Proficient in the use of project information management systems such as Procore or ACC build.
