Perform Project Controls Services including capital planning, project funding, project set up
Participate in project delivery and development of clients capital plan
Assist in Front-end Planning assessments and funding process
Review and analyze schedule development and progression
Identify risk and develop mitigation plans
Ensure effective closure of projects including financial activities

Requirements

BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field
8+ years in Project Controls, or related roles
MRICS, CPE, CCE, CEP, PMP, Six Sigma preferred
Proficient in Cost Estimating for construction projects
Skilled in the use of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle
Highly proficient in the use of Excel
Experience with Primavera (P6) and MS project
Functionally proficient in contracts management of projects
Functionally proficient in cost management of Projects
Functionally proficient in analytical/reporting software such as power BI
Ability to read and interpret various documents such as Arch, Civil, Structural, MEP, Geotech, Site Logistics, and Schedules
