About the role
- Report to the Senior Communications Manager
- Work with managers and coordinators on writing projects
- Support general administration and production of publications
- Conduct in-depth research and interviews with Indigenous leaders
- Produce content for Cultural Survival Quarterly and other platforms
- Create various written content formats such as articles and blog posts
- Collaborate on social media content creation
Requirements
- Outstanding writing skills
- Comfortable interviewing sources
- Adept at Internet and journal research
- Attention to detail
- Able to read extensive amounts of information and present clear and concise summaries
- Independent, self-motivated, and reliable
- Fluency in English is required
- Spanish is highly desired and other languages might also be considered.
Benefits
- This is a remote internship.
- For the three-month internship, the selected intern will receive a one-time stipend payment of $500.00 dollars to assist in covering expenses such as phone, electricity, internet, office materials, and other internship-related expenses.
