- Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues
- Manage and track support tickets
- Collaborate with consultants to configure customer environments
- Assist in delivering training sessions and creating user documentation
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and suggesting enhancements
Requirements
- Proficient using Agiblocks Trade and Risk Management software
- Ability to investigate and answer customer support requests
- Experience in customer support
- Knowledge in PowerBI and MS Word templates
- Collaboration with consultants for customer onboarding
- Training sessions and user documentation creation
