About the role

Lead a small, dynamic team of developers and testers delivering high-quality software.
Own and drive the sales strategy and closing deals.
Plan and manage all development operations activities for the hosting infrastructure.
Collaborate with the CTO/Product Managers to deliver new features and maintain existing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve product and infrastructure issues.

Strong hands-on coding and debugging skills (preferably in Azure, .NET, and Kubernetes containers, Azure SQL and Mongo DBs).
Solid understanding of software development practices, including CI/CD and Agile methodologies.
Effective people leadership and mentoring skills.
Excellent problem-solving, organization, and communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for team deliverables.
