About the role
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships while meeting monthly sales goals
- Train to understand the full use and benefits of Culligan products and services
- Assist residential leads/potential customers with a team of other Residential Sales Representatives
- Promote a long-term relationship-building approach to Sales
- Develop and improve standard/best practices in the sales toolbox
- Correspond with all leads and appointments as scheduled
- Attend scheduled appointments assigned with professionalism and integrity
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in relevant database
- Learn, maintain, and apply overall knowledge and technical information
- Understand customers’ needs and present viable solutions
- Make effective sales presentations so that the customer is adequately educated
- Clearly and completely document installation arrangements, pumps, and other related equipment
- Take ownership of a new customer’s account and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction
- Participate in all promotional activities as required
- Obtain minimum sales standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Computer skills required: Contract Management Systems (EX: DocuSign, etc.); Human Resource Systems; Microsoft Office Suite; Project Management Software (EX: Monday.com)
- Valid driver’s license, Sales license, State licenses as required
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Proven record of accomplishment in sales
- Expert in effective communication
- Able to adapt to individual customer needs
