About the role

  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships while meeting monthly sales goals
  • Train to understand the full use and benefits of Culligan products and services
  • Assist residential leads/potential customers with a team of other Residential Sales Representatives
  • Promote a long-term relationship-building approach to Sales
  • Develop and improve standard/best practices in the sales toolbox
  • Correspond with all leads and appointments as scheduled
  • Attend scheduled appointments assigned with professionalism and integrity
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in relevant database
  • Learn, maintain, and apply overall knowledge and technical information
  • Understand customers’ needs and present viable solutions
  • Make effective sales presentations so that the customer is adequately educated
  • Clearly and completely document installation arrangements, pumps, and other related equipment
  • Take ownership of a new customer’s account and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction
  • Participate in all promotional activities as required
  • Obtain minimum sales standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Computer skills required: Contract Management Systems (EX: DocuSign, etc.); Human Resource Systems; Microsoft Office Suite; Project Management Software (EX: Monday.com)
  • Valid driver’s license, Sales license, State licenses as required
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Proven record of accomplishment in sales
  • Expert in effective communication
  • Able to adapt to individual customer needs
