About the role
- Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Train to understand the full use and benefits of Culligan products and services
- Assist residential leads/potential customers with a team
- Promote a long-term relationship-building approach to sales
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
- Take ownership of a new customer’s account and ensure complete satisfaction
- Participate in promotional activities (trade shows, exhibits, etc.)
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training
- Valid driver’s license
- Sales license
- Computer skills required: Contract Management Systems (EX: DocuSign, etc.); Human Resource Systems; Microsoft Office Suite; Project Management Software (EX: Monday.com)
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven record of accomplishment in sales
- Effective communication skills
- Adaptability to individual customer needs
