About the role

  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Train to understand the full use and benefits of Culligan products and services
  • Assist residential leads/potential customers with a team
  • Promote a long-term relationship-building approach to sales
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
  • Take ownership of a new customer’s account and ensure complete satisfaction
  • Participate in promotional activities (trade shows, exhibits, etc.)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Sales license
  • Computer skills required: Contract Management Systems (EX: DocuSign, etc.); Human Resource Systems; Microsoft Office Suite; Project Management Software (EX: Monday.com)
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven record of accomplishment in sales
  • Effective communication skills
  • Adaptability to individual customer needs
