About the role
- You drive the store's commercial performance and support a team composed of kitchen sales designers and a management assistant.
- Achieve sales and margin targets
- Lead, train and coach the team on a daily basis
- Monitor commercial KPIs and manage store operations
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Participate in sales and lead by example
- Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding of new talent
Requirements
- Strong commercial management experience (retail, furniture, showrooms…)
- Positive leadership, results-oriented and enjoys a challenge
- Lead by example, autonomous and strongly customer-focused
- Ability to unite the team and raise its performance level
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar kitchen retailer/ kitchen showroom role is required
