About the role
- Lead live and virtual demos of products tailored to technical and editorial decision-makers
- Visit client sites (mainly in the US) to provide hands-on support during demos and installations
- Advise prospects on technical workflows and best practices
- Analyze client workflows and needs, define solution diagrams and roll-out phases
- Relay real-world insights to product and engineering teams
- Support the sales team by preparing project documentation and training sessions
Requirements
- Worked in news studios or control rooms
- Experience as a technical director, live operator or similar role
- Familiar with tools such as EVS, vMix, Singular, AMPP and other media tech solutions
- Confident working with automation systems
- Strong communicator able to translate complex system concepts
