About the role
- Develop and take responsibility for the growth strategy for the German-speaking market
- Lead and grow key accounts with a focus on long-term value
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with executives in the utilities sector
- Manage consultative sales processes from the strategic phase through contract closing
- Lead strategic discussions on digitalization, organizational and operating models
- Work closely with Product Management, Solution Architecture and Delivery teams
- Position Cuculus as a strategic partner in customer meetings and at industry events
Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in B2B Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales or a comparable strategic commercial role
- Experience selling software, platform or IoT solutions
- Proven commercial success and confidence in C-level interactions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Experience or contacts in the utilities sector, energy market or critical infrastructure—ideally within the DACH region
