About the role

  • Develop and take responsibility for the growth strategy for the German-speaking market
  • Lead and grow key accounts with a focus on long-term value
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with executives in the utilities sector
  • Manage consultative sales processes from the strategic phase through contract closing
  • Lead strategic discussions on digitalization, organizational and operating models
  • Work closely with Product Management, Solution Architecture and Delivery teams
  • Position Cuculus as a strategic partner in customer meetings and at industry events

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in B2B Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales or a comparable strategic commercial role
  • Experience selling software, platform or IoT solutions
  • Proven commercial success and confidence in C-level interactions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Experience or contacts in the utilities sector, energy market or critical infrastructure—ideally within the DACH region
