Requirements

  • 7+ years in business development or institutional sales within crypto, fintech, or capital markets
  • Full Cycle Mindset: comfortable handling the entire process—from cold outreach to contract redlines to quarterly business reviews
  • Technical Fluency: understand concepts like private key management, latency, API connectivity, and market microstructure
  • Closer Mentality: driven by revenue and results, organized, proactive, and capable of navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
