About the role
- Maintain a centralized content library (internal) with clear versioning, tagging, and accessibility standards
- Own and manage the Customer Learning Management System (LMS), including content organization, user access, reporting, and ongoing maintenance
- Coordinate and manage all internal enablement content across sales, customer success, and implementation teams
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Revenue leadership to oversee and maintain content for new product releases, feature launches, and platform updates
- Own the content pipeline for all trainings, certifications, and enablement sessions—ensuring materials are created, reviewed, and published on schedule
- Track enablement metrics (completion rates, content engagement, knowledge assessments) and report on program effectiveness
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to source, refine, and package enablement materials such as playbooks, one-pagers, battle cards, and training decks
- Support the Marketing and Product Marketing teams by coordinating the scheduling, formatting, and publishing of social media posts, blog content, and thought leadership pieces
- Take direction from Marketing leadership to draft, format, and prepare content for review—including website copy, campaign assets, and promotional materials
- Manage the content calendar across enablement and marketing workstreams, ensuring alignment on timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Coordinate website updates and content refreshes in partnership with the marketing team, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
- Assist with the production and logistics of webinars, events, and conference content as needed
- Serve as the operational bridge between enablement and marketing, identifying opportunities to repurpose internal content for external use and vice versa
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in enablement, content operations, marketing operations, or a similar coordination-heavy role in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience managing an LMS or similar content/learning platform
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail—you’re the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Clear and concise communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Familiarity with content management tools, CMS platforms, and social media scheduling tools
- Ability to take direction and translate high-level guidance into polished, publish-ready content
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
- Nice to Have: Experience in FP&A, finance technology, or selling to finance buyers; Background supporting product launches or go-to-market motions; Experience with tools like Highspot, Seismic, Lessonly, HubSpot, WordPress, or similar platforms; Comfort working with AI-powered products and articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
