Product Manager

• Contribute to Tender Central and AI Agents product development, from problem framing to production delivery
• Lead product discovery activities - including stakeholder interviews, customer workflow analysis, market research and competitive analysis - to generate actionable insights
• Translate insights into clear product specifications and structured iterations
• Develop prototypes and validate concepts rapidly, leveraging AI tools to accelerate the discovery-to-validation cycle
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics for shipped features
• Prioritise effectively within defined scopes, focusing on meaningful impact
• Collaborate in focused teams to ship production-grade features across both platform and AI-driven capabilities
• Support product tribes operationally through planning, coordination and execution
• Ensure quality is not sacrificed for speed

Product Owner, AI Agents – Core Platform

Manager

• Lead end-to-end RFI/RFP processes, coordinating across product, legal, and leadership.
• Manage legal touchpoints on the commercial journey: NDAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, renewals, etc.
• Maintain a structured pipeline and documentation library in SharePoint.
• Support legal assessments and risk reviews for active commercial projects.
• Review enterprise contracts; identify renewal windows and renegotiation opportunities.
• Provide ad hoc legal support across business areas as needed.
• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partnerships.
• Develop and explore niche sub-markets (e.g. digital health, laboratory sector).
• Represent Cube RM at industry events, conferences, and digital channels.
• Conduct pre-sales demos and solution presentations for prospective customers.
• Participate in discovery calls, proposal development, and deal closing.
• Manage customer-facing projects from initiation through closure, follow-up, and upselling.
• Support deployment of Cube RM solutions, ensuring effective onboarding and adoption.
• Handhold customers through deployment — especially on AI projects.
• Feed customer insights and pain points back to the product team.
