About the role
- Analyze, organize, update financial records
- Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments
- Perform daily reconciliation of credit card, bank accounts, cash accounts, spending accounts, etc
- Setup financial accounts as needed
- Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivables
- Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns
- Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly
- Keep company financial information confidential
- Ensure vendor accounts are kept up to date for the entire organization
- Inventory Management
Requirements
- Graduate with at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Preferably experienced accounting/finance employees specializing in US Accounting System
- Familiarity with accounting applications, modules, and financial statements
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams, etc.
