About the role

  • Post job openings on platforms such as Gupy, Pandapé and LinkedIn, exploring creative sourcing channels and performing intelligent resume screening
  • Conduct structured interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to identify core and complementary competencies
  • Schedule, coordinate, and monitor all stages of the selection process with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements to optimize results and reduce time-to-hire
  • Contribute ideas and actions to strengthen the company’s employer brand
  • Work in synergy with compensation, benefits, internal communications, and training & development teams, understanding people management in an integrated way
  • Support initiatives that promote a collaborative, healthy environment aligned with organizational values

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
  • Location: Residence in São Paulo
  • Previous Experience: Experience in Recruitment & Selection — you have led selection processes, know R&S routines, and are familiar with cross-functional people management topics
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an active user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) to enhance productivity. User-level knowledge of ATS, social networks, and job boards such as Gupy, Pandapé, LinkedIn, Infojobs, etc., is desirable
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, impeccable organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
  • Mindset: Proactive, not satisfied with the status quo, focused on continuous improvement, intellectually curious, and eager to learn and grow professionally
Benefits
  • Home office allowance: R$250.00 per month
  • Contractor arrangement (PJ) on an open-ended basis with issuance of 13 invoices per year and one month of paid leave after 12 months of service
