About the role

  • Strategic and operational role to enhance product exposure, performance and competitiveness across the main online retailers in Latin America (Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, Peru and Colombia);
  • Responsible for analyzing data, monitoring KPIs, creating and implementing digital campaigns, and ensuring integration between internal teams and external partners, with a regional perspective and a strong results focus;
  • Convert data and analysis into practical, innovative actions to maximize visibility, market share and commercial results of products on digital channels across Latin America, promoting sustainable growth and multicultural integration;
  • Ensure optimal product exposure on online retailers by aligning visibility and brand positioning strategies according to the promotional calendar;
  • Monitor and interpret KPIs on sales and performance dashboards (sell-in, sell-out, market share, budget control), as well as track retailer inventory;
  • Analyze sales data and digital campaign results, identify growth opportunities, conduct competitive analysis and propose actions to increase market share;
  • Implement, monitor and recommend improvements to digital campaigns to maximize results;
  • Maintain close relationships with internal teams (marketing, sales, Supply/Supply Chain, BI) and support areas, and deliver strategic presentations in Portuguese and Spanish to teams in Brazil, Mexico and other Latin American countries;
  • Produce management reports and presentations for different stakeholders, translating data into insights and action plans;
  • Optimize existing content and develop new product pages for new product launches (NPIs) or during the integration of new partners.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Engineering, Economics and/or related fields;
  • Previous experience in digital environments and working across multiple Latin American markets;
  • Advanced knowledge of sales metrics (sell-in, sell-out, market share, budget control);
  • Experience with digital campaigns and managing product exposure on online retailers;
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing, E-Marketplace - LATAM e-commerce or related areas, preferably with regional (LATAM) scope;
  • Strong skills in data analysis and dashboards;
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM;
  • Fluent Spanish for team communication and presentations (REQUIRED).
