About the role
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
- Run discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and business goals
- Deliver compelling, tailored demos of the CtrlChain platform
- Build value-driven proposals based on ROI, efficiency gains, and operational impact
- Negotiate and close SaaS deals
- Consistently meet or exceed commercial targets
- Manage a commercial SaaS customer portfolio
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Stay engaged with customers to identify key commercial moments
- Collaborate closely with Sales and join customer/prospect meetings
- Work with onboarding/implementation colleagues to ensure a smooth handover after close
- Share market and customer insights with Product and Marketing
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity reporting in CRM
Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of experience in SaaS or B2B sales (Account Executive, BDM, AM, or similar).
- Have a proven experience owning full-cycle sales (prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close).
- Are fluent in Dutch and professional in English.
- Are commercially driven, structured, and comfortable closing deals.
- Are able to translate complex software into clear business value.
- Have knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Bonus: experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain
