About the role

  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
  • Run discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and business goals
  • Deliver compelling, tailored demos of the CtrlChain platform
  • Build value-driven proposals based on ROI, efficiency gains, and operational impact
  • Negotiate and close SaaS deals
  • Consistently meet or exceed commercial targets
  • Manage a commercial SaaS customer portfolio
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Stay engaged with customers to identify key commercial moments
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and join customer/prospect meetings
  • Work with onboarding/implementation colleagues to ensure a smooth handover after close
  • Share market and customer insights with Product and Marketing
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity reporting in CRM

Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in SaaS or B2B sales (Account Executive, BDM, AM, or similar).
  • Have a proven experience owning full-cycle sales (prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close).
  • Are fluent in Dutch and professional in English.
  • Are commercially driven, structured, and comfortable closing deals.
  • Are able to translate complex software into clear business value.
  • Have knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Bonus: experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain
