About the role
- Lead full-cycle SaaS sales for key and enterprise customers
- Manage complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
- Run discovery and tailored demos
- Develop value-based proposals and close strategic SaaS deals
- Consistently meet or exceed commercial targets
- Own acquisition and commercial growth of key accounts
- Identify and close upsell and expansion opportunities
- Act as a trusted commercial advisor for customers
- Collaborate with Sales on strategic opportunities and joint customer meetings
- Coordinate internal teams to support complex deals
- Feed customer and market insights into Product and Go-to-Market strategy
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline, and CRM data
- Contribute to SaaS sales strategy and process improvement
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience in B2B and/or SaaS sales or Key Account Management.
- Have a strong track record in full-cycle (prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close) and key SaaS sales.
- Are comfortable leading complex negotiations and closing high-value deals.
- Are fluent in Dutch and English (additional European languages are a plus).
- Are commercially sharp, structured, and confident with senior stakeholders.
- Can translate complex software into clear business value.
- Have experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Bonus: experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain.
