About the role

  • Lead full-cycle SaaS sales for key and enterprise customers
  • Manage complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Run discovery and tailored demos
  • Develop value-based proposals and close strategic SaaS deals
  • Consistently meet or exceed commercial targets
  • Own acquisition and commercial growth of key accounts
  • Identify and close upsell and expansion opportunities
  • Act as a trusted commercial advisor for customers
  • Collaborate with Sales on strategic opportunities and joint customer meetings
  • Coordinate internal teams to support complex deals
  • Feed customer and market insights into Product and Go-to-Market strategy
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline, and CRM data
  • Contribute to SaaS sales strategy and process improvement

Requirements

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in B2B and/or SaaS sales or Key Account Management.
  • Have a strong track record in full-cycle (prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close) and key SaaS sales.
  • Are comfortable leading complex negotiations and closing high-value deals.
  • Are fluent in Dutch and English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Are commercially sharp, structured, and confident with senior stakeholders.
  • Can translate complex software into clear business value.
  • Have experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Bonus: experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain.
