About the role
- Oversees project quality, time, and cost, coordinating documentation and permitting while supporting procurement
- Ensures construction quality and engages with clients to implement changes
- Responsible for compliance with and monitoring of legal requirements
- Technical management, organization, and quality assurance
- National project and schedule management
- Looks for solutions that will increase quality and reduce costs of the project
- Coordinates construction project documentation at all required stages
- Oversees permitting processes in collaboration with dedicated colleagues
- Provides support to Procurement Department in the preparation and review of procurement documentation
Requirements
- Experience gained in industrial parks or halls
- Experience in business preparation and quotation preparation
- Proficiency in CAD programs
