• Oversees project quality, time, and cost, coordinating documentation and permitting while supporting procurement
• Ensures construction quality and engages with clients to implement changes
• Responsible for compliance with and monitoring of legal requirements
• Technical management, organization, and quality assurance
• National project and schedule management
• Looks for solutions that will increase quality and reduce costs of the project
• Coordinates construction project documentation at all required stages
• Oversees permitting processes in collaboration with dedicated colleagues
• Provides support to Procurement Department in the preparation and review of procurement documentation
