Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supports project managers in budget preparation and project completion reports while analyzing key project KPIs
  • Work closely with various teams and the Group on data alignment
  • Drive efficiency improvements
  • Support project managers in preparation of construction budgets by evaluating estimated costs according to documentation available in different phases of projects
  • Standard unit prices of projects realized
  • Tendered prices realized recently (in coordination with procurement team)
  • Prepare and analyze key project / company KPIs & reports
  • Close cooperation with construction director, procurement, accounting, and legal team
  • Participate in changes of agenda assigned to increase efficiency and/or in connection to new systems implementation
