About the role
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Clear Touch’s products and solutions.
- Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities within assigned territory.
- Participate in and improve upon in-house brand promotions.
- Serve as the lead and manage existing accounts to ensure continued satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long -lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize success.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement that meet sales quota.
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customers, stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Manage budget and reach or exceed monthly quota as established by supervisor and management.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and represent the Clear Touch brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in channel management, account management, sales management, key account management or similar experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to lift or push up to 75 pounds.
- Valid State issued driver’s license and automobile insurance.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- SLED (State, Local, and Education) sales experience preferred.
