About the role
- Generate, qualify, organize and maintain business opportunities for CTI Global.
- Actively prospect on LinkedIn and equivalent networks, focusing on decision-makers, target accounts and opportunities aligned with CTI's context.
- Research, organize and prioritize contact lists, accounts and commercial initiatives.
- Support the initial qualification of leads and validate fit with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Execute structured follow-up on opportunities to prevent loss of commercial momentum.
- Update the CRM and pipeline with discipline.
- Provide commercial support to the company partners.
- Participate in events and support post-event follow-up for leads and contacts generated.
- Conduct account reactivation actions and identify opportunities for expansion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (degree must be obtained by the end of 2026) in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related fields (business or technology).
- Experience with active prospecting, opportunity qualification, follow-up, CRM, sales funnel management, contact cadences, pipeline maintenance and commercial organization.
- Relevant differentiator: background in consultative consulting sales (BDR/SDR consultative B2B), technology, automation, enterprise software, finance or other complex B2B solutions (enterprise environment).
- Recommended experience: 2 to 4 years in consultative commercial roles.
- Commercial discipline and consistency in execution.
- Organizational skills and attention to the quality of information.
- Autonomy with accountability and good prioritization skills.
- Maturity to work with multiple partners, diverse business partners and varying demands.
- Resilience for long sales cycles and non-immediate results.
- Active listening, relational tact and a professional demeanor.
- Strong commercial writing and professional verbal communication.
- Ability to perform respectful follow-up while maintaining relationships.
- Balance between initiative and structure (planning, organization, execution, control) and critical judgment.
