• Generate, qualify, organize and maintain business opportunities for CTI Global.
• Actively prospect on LinkedIn and equivalent networks, focusing on decision-makers, target accounts and opportunities aligned with CTI's context.
• Research, organize and prioritize contact lists, accounts and commercial initiatives.
• Support the initial qualification of leads and validate fit with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Execute structured follow-up on opportunities to prevent loss of commercial momentum.
• Update the CRM and pipeline with discipline.
• Provide commercial support to the company partners.
• Participate in events and support post-event follow-up for leads and contacts generated.
• Conduct account reactivation actions and identify opportunities for expansion.
