About the role

  • Responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting and consulting to closing and ongoing account management
  • Proactively generate and approach leads via phone and social media, and identify additional channels
  • Take over and strategically grow existing accounts through up- and cross-selling
  • Set up and select lead-generation campaigns in close coordination with the back office
  • Provide full customer support including claims management to secure long-term partnerships
  • Achieve assigned KPIs, including revenue, number of new customers, and activity levels
  • Document and manage all sales activities in Salesforce
  • Identify market trends and actively network to expand the market portfolio through client visits, trade shows, etc.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in lead generation, online marketing, or SaaS
  • Technical affinity / experience with software
  • High self-motivation and proactivity
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of the "people business"
  • Business-fluent German and English (negotiation-level proficiency)
