About the role

  • Responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting and consulting to closing and ongoing account management
  • Proactive lead generation and outreach via phone and social media, as well as identifying additional channels
  • Ownership and strategic expansion of existing accounts through up- and cross-selling
  • Technical setup and selection of lead-generation campaigns in close coordination with the back office
  • Comprehensive customer care including complaint handling to secure long-term partnerships
  • Achieve defined KPIs, including revenue, number of new customers and activity levels
  • Document and manage all sales activities in Salesforce
  • Identify market trends and actively network to expand the market portfolio through client visits, trade shows, etc.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in lead generation, online marketing or SaaS
  • Technical understanding / affinity for software
  • High self-motivation and proactivity
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a people-oriented environment
  • Business-fluent German and English skills
