About the role
- Prepare and monitor project development schedules, from the pre-executive stage through to the 'Released for Construction' phase.
- Coordinate and guide the team on technical and planning matters.
- Lead project meetings with internal teams and clients.
- Manage the flow of information among all stakeholders, facilitating agile decision-making.
- Propose technical and reengineering solutions to optimize projects.
- Perform coordination and critical review of multidisciplinary projects (architecture, structural, MEP, etc.).
- Identify clashes between disciplines and propose solutions.
- Analyze projects for budgeting new construction and development of new products.
- Support the monitoring of deliverables for approval of progress measurements.
- Prepare management reports.
- Work closely with the construction site, supporting management of design changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Experience coordinating and reconciling project disciplines.
- On-site construction experience.
- Knowledge of BIM methodology.
- Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office.
