About the role

  • Conduct selection processes at different hierarchical levels with accuracy and agility;
  • Monitor recruitment & selection KPIs and the results of hires;
  • Propose and support training and development (T&D) actions and solutions aligned with business needs;
  • Operate autonomously in managing the processes under your responsibility, ensuring high-quality deliveries;
  • Conduct and support onboarding processes;
  • Contribute to initiatives related to organizational culture and employee climate;
  • Conduct and follow up on the performance evaluation process using the Senior platform;
  • Guide and monitor the development of Individual Development Plans (IDPs);
  • Support matters related to compensation;
  • Collaborate with HR Management on strategic people management topics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Previous experience in recruitment and selection, and in training and development;
  • Knowledge of competency-based interview techniques and behavioral assessment tools;
  • Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Experience with recruitment platforms (Gupy, Kenoby, etc.);
  • Knowledge of the Senior platform, specifically the performance and compensation modules (a plus).
