About the role
- Conduct selection processes at different hierarchical levels with accuracy and agility;
- Monitor recruitment & selection KPIs and the results of hires;
- Propose and support training and development (T&D) actions and solutions aligned with business needs;
- Operate autonomously in managing the processes under your responsibility, ensuring high-quality deliveries;
- Conduct and support onboarding processes;
- Contribute to initiatives related to organizational culture and employee climate;
- Conduct and follow up on the performance evaluation process using the Senior platform;
- Guide and monitor the development of Individual Development Plans (IDPs);
- Support matters related to compensation;
- Collaborate with HR Management on strategic people management topics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection, and in training and development;
- Knowledge of competency-based interview techniques and behavioral assessment tools;
- Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Experience with recruitment platforms (Gupy, Kenoby, etc.);
- Knowledge of the Senior platform, specifically the performance and compensation modules (a plus).
