About the role
- Act as the interface between operational units, internal specialist departments at the site, and the client
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and on-time delivery, and monitor specified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Review customer requirements, develop and present solution proposals, and prepare corresponding quotes
- Support acquisition, costing, proposal preparation, and negotiations with new clients
- Prepare regular reports for clients and management
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as an Industrial Clerk (Industriekaufmann) or equivalent
- Initial experience in servicing existing customers and acquiring new clients
- Confident demeanor, polished manners, and strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical and communication skills with a goal- and results-oriented working style
- A certain hands-on mentality is advantageous due to proximity to operational units
- Fluent German and good English skills (at least B2 level)
