About the role

  • Preparation and post-processing of monthly payroll for salaried and hourly employees across various working-time models such as flexitime and shift work
  • Creation and maintenance of employee master data records from onboarding to offboarding
  • Managing all certificate issuance and mandatory reporting obligations
  • Correspondence with health insurance providers, authorities, etc.
  • Recording and maintenance of ongoing HR data (time management, vacation and sick leave, etc.)
  • Preparation of reports and statistics
  • Invoice verification and general HR administration
  • Support with organizing and processing business travel
  • Support in HR projects

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, acquired through at least 5 years of professional experience
  • Solid knowledge of social security and tax law
  • Good SAP HR and MS Office skills, particularly MS Teams and Excel
  • Open, service-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
  • Motivation to learn across different subject areas and to contribute your own ideas
