About the role
- Preparation and post-processing of monthly payroll for salaried and hourly employees across various working-time models such as flexitime and shift work
- Creation and maintenance of employee master data records from onboarding to offboarding
- Managing all certificate issuance and mandatory reporting obligations
- Correspondence with health insurance providers, authorities, etc.
- Recording and maintenance of ongoing HR data (time management, vacation and sick leave, etc.)
- Preparation of reports and statistics
- Invoice verification and general HR administration
- Support with organizing and processing business travel
- Support in HR projects
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, acquired through at least 5 years of professional experience
- Solid knowledge of social security and tax law
- Good SAP HR and MS Office skills, particularly MS Teams and Excel
- Open, service-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality
- Motivation to learn across different subject areas and to contribute your own ideas
