About the role
- Lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of two interconnected Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) initiatives
- Focus on expanding telehealth infrastructure and specialty tele-consult capabilities across rural Indiana
- Work with healthcare systems, technology vendors, broadband providers, and leadership to identify barriers to telehealth adoption
- Design scalable solutions and track program outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, health informatics, or information systems; master’s degree preferred
- 2–5 years of directly applicable project or program management experience in health IT, healthcare operations, or public health
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs or projects
- Familiarity with telemedicine, telehealth, healthcare delivery systems, or digital health initiatives
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
