About the role
- Provide essential grant management support for Indiana's Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP)
- Ensure compliance with federal reporting requirements and tracking program expenditures across budget periods
- Maintain records and assist with reporting to CMS
- Coordinate logistics for training events and stakeholder meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, public administration, workforce development, or business administration
- 3+ years of experience in workforce development, grant management, or project management
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Proficiency in tracking budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Familiarity with federal grant compliance and reporting processes preferred
