About the role

  • Lead the design, launch, and ongoing management of a clinical preceptorship program aimed at strengthening the rural healthcare training pipeline in Indiana.
  • Develop partnerships with healthcare systems, academic institutions, and community organizations to expand clinical training placements across underserved areas.
  • Manage grant deliverables, coordinate with initiative owners, track program milestones, and produce reports that demonstrate progress toward CMS-aligned performance goals.
  • Play a central role in ensuring Indiana’s rural communities have access to the trained clinical workforce they need.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, public administration, workforce development, or business administration
  • 5+ years of experience in workforce development, grant management, or project management
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain multi-stakeholder partnerships
  • Experience with federal or state grant reporting and compliance requirements
  • Strong understanding of clinical training pathways and healthcare workforce dynamics preferred.
