About the role

  • Oversee programmatic coordination of Indiana’s interoperability strategy under the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP).
  • Align interoperability investments across multiple RHTP initiatives.
  • Track cross-initiative dependencies and ensure data exchange capabilities support rural health transformation goals.
  • Manage reporting cadences and coordinate with CMS-aligned performance measurement frameworks.
  • Facilitate alignment between the technology roadmap and RHTP’s programmatic milestones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health, health informatics, or information systems; master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of directly applicable experience in health IT, healthcare operations, or public health
  • Working knowledge of healthcare data exchange, interoperability concepts, or HIE environments
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Experience with program-level governance and cross-initiative coordination preferred
