About the role

  • Lead the implementation and operational management of Mobile Integrated Health programs across your assigned geographic region of Indiana.
  • Coordinate with EMS agencies, hospitals, community health organizations, and state stakeholders to expand community paramedicine and MIH services in rural areas.
  • Manage program timelines, facilitate regional stakeholder engagement, track performance metrics, and report progress to leadership.
  • This is a field-intensive role requiring regular travel within your assigned districts, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of EMS and healthcare delivery systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in EMS, healthcare operations, public health, or MIH-related program management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, coordination, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with regional healthcare or EMS systems preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently across agencies
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned region.
