About the role
- Technical point of contact for customers – remote and on-site when requested
- Act as the interface between customers and the development team
- Handle inquiries and incidents in 2nd- and 3rd-level support
- Perform technical pre-analyses, identify and prioritize issues
- Independently manage customer tickets and document thoroughly in the ticketing system
- Support the development team with software quality assurance
- Optional on-call phone duty outside office hours (voluntary)
Requirements
- Ideally completed IT vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker / IT specialist)
- Motivated career changers from related fields are also very welcome
- Strong knowledge of at least one database, e.g., Oracle, SQL or SQLite
- Familiarity with Linux — solid Linux skills are an advantage
- Ideally experience in customer service or IT installations
- Interest in automotive topics
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Customer- and solution-oriented working style with quick comprehension
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanour
