About the role
- Overall responsibility for the global account strategy for BMW & Mercedes
- Development and implementation of multi-year account plans across regions, production sites and stakeholders
- Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with senior decision-makers
- Managing new business, expansions and global rollouts within the accounts
- Identifying and qualifying strategic initiatives, programs and transformation projects
- Leading complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through to contract signing
- Coordinating internal CSP teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Global / Strategic / Major Account Executive in the enterprise software environment
- Solid sales experience with automotive OEMs or other complex industrial enterprises
- Experience with long sales cycles and multi-layered buying centers
- Confident presence at executive and board level
- Strong skills in account planning, opportunity structuring and value-based selling
- Negotiation-level German and very good English
