About the role

  • Overall responsibility for the global account strategy for BMW & Mercedes
  • Development and implementation of multi-year account plans across regions, production sites and stakeholders
  • Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Managing new business, expansions and global rollouts within the accounts
  • Identifying and qualifying strategic initiatives, programs and transformation projects
  • Leading complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through to contract signing
  • Coordinating internal CSP teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Global / Strategic / Major Account Executive in the enterprise software environment
  • Solid sales experience with automotive OEMs or other complex industrial enterprises
  • Experience with long sales cycles and multi-layered buying centers
  • Confident presence at executive and board level
  • Strong skills in account planning, opportunity structuring and value-based selling
  • Negotiation-level German and very good English
