Business Development Rep

• Execute a strategic sales plan across the Western/Central US
• Lead prospecting efforts and close high-value service contracts
• Partner with laboratory directors, IT leaders, and QA executives to understand and solve informatics pain points
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and CSols’s industry reputation
• Collaborate with technical delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, accurate, and tailored to client needs
• Engage prospects on applied AI trends and demonstrate business value
• Monitor trends across life sciences, chemicals, and food and beverage sectors
• Report directly to the VP of Sales
• Collaborate with delivery experts and peer sales representatives
