About the role
- Customer-facing Vaccine Sales Specialist promoting main brands to Pediatrics, Integrated Delivery Networks and Public Health accounts.
- Field-based remote position in assigned territory; report to Regional Sales Manager.
- Build multi-specialty group of important accounts and contact potential customers to negotiate product formulary acceptance.
- Obtain contract commitments and deliver flu portfolio product sales in Pediatrics, IDN, FQHCs, and independent/corporate HCPs.
- Develop value-added programs aligned to customer needs and prioritize accounts with Regional Sales Manager and Account Managers.
- Contract and create opportunities for sales growth; conduct routine collaborative meetings and cultivate relationships across Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- Develop and implement plans to achieve brand goals, analyze account goals, organize customer meetings, and retain long-term relationships.
- Create customer routing, strategic key account business plans, daily pre-call plans, and represent the Seqirus Customer Experience vision.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferred in Business, Communication, Health Policy, Life Sciences, Healthcare.
- 1-2 or more years of Pharmaceutical or B2B sales / or relevant healthcare/clinical educational experience.
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with customers with emphasis on scientific knowledge.
- Some overnight and meeting travel required.
