About the role
- Serve as the primary client contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Introduce CSI digital banking & Apiture solutions and define implementation and configuration requirements.
- Conduct data-gathering meetings to clarify data movement, application setup, and configuration.
- Execute project plans, tasks, schedules, and milestones.
- Configure applications, review test results, and guide clients through UAT.
- Liaise between CSI, Apiture, and internal departments.
- Communicate Apiture services and product functionality.
- Provide go-live and post-implementation support.
- Follow project methodology, risk management, and change control processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- High accountability, organization, and follow-through
- Banking or financial services experience preferred
- Project management or implementation experience preferred
- Experience with AWS, Salesforce, SQL, or other technical tools preferred
- FinTech or SaaS experience preferred
