About the role
- Lead solution implementations and delivery outcomes across a business line portfolio
- Ensure successful execution of complex programs, including new conversions, cross-sell, and mergers
- Drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and financial performance
- Apply enterprise methodology, tools, and governance standards in partnership with the central operating model team
- Serve as the senior escalation point for strategic customers
- Build and develop a high-performing team of Directors, Managers, and senior ICs
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software implementations, including 5+ years leading delivery teams
- Deep understanding of financial services workflows, regulatory requirements, and integration best practices
- Executive presence with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- 5+ years’ experience managing teams that deliver technology solutions specifically for digital banking (preferred)
- Experience in a senior leadership role with responsibility for delivering projects or consulting services directly to clients (preferred)
